SPSS for ultra-beginners part 1 (in-person)

Part 1 of a 2-part workshop.

SPSS is a widely used software package for statistics. Our Ultra-Beginners workshops are designed as an introduction to SPSS for someone who has never used it before. No pre-knowledge is required.

Please install SPSS on your computer before the workshop. You can find guidance on how to do this on our SPSS webpage.

In this workshop, we will cover:
- Creating an SPSS file
- Reading CSV and SPSS data files
- Setting up, coding and re-coding variables
- Variable and data view windows
